My goal is to help you reach your true potential.

While we can't change our past, we can work together to deal with challenges in the present and forge new paths for your future. By applying the approaches and techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Christian Counseling, EMDR, Career Counseling, Play Therapy, or Client-centered Counseling, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a meaningful life.  

 

You can take your first step into counseling, by scheduling your first session below. Here, you will have an opportunity to ask questions and make sure our services are the right fit. 

 

Virtual individual therapy is conducted in 60-minute sessions. During our time, you will receive an individualized treatment plan specifically tailored for you to reach your goals. One-on-one sessions are provided for all (from ages 12 and up).

 

All our sessions are via telehealth and HIPPA compliant through a secure portal. You will be emailed the forms to review and sign before our initial intake appointment.
